Full-Size Products
Pallet delivery for larger orders
- Orders are delivered on pallets within Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
- Transport cost is calculated individually from basket value, delivery location, and quantity.
- Above a specified order threshold, delivery becomes free.
- Own transport can be arranged after prior agreement.
Samples
Courier shipping for sample orders
Samples can be delivered either directly by the seller or through courier partners GLS and PALETEXPRES.
The customer covers the delivery cost according to the current courier pricing.

What affects dispatch timing

Made-to-order products
Lead times depend on production and component availability. Final timing is confirmed with the order.
Stocked products
Items available in stock are usually dispatched within 7 business days.
Samples
Sample shipments are typically sent within 2 business days.
After Dispatch
Tracking and receiving the shipment
Shipment tracking
After dispatch, the customer receives shipping information that makes it possible to follow the movement of the order.
Inspection on delivery
- Inspect the package in the courier’s presence when it is delivered.
- If the shipment is damaged, fill out a damage protocol immediately.
